This application serves as an effective tool for monitoring occurrences and provides users with insightful data regarding:

1. The elapsed time since the last incident, and
2. The average interval between incidents.

Usage Instructions:

• Tap the "+" button to introduce a new tracker.
• Select the large red button to add a new incident.
• The top tracker will be recognized as the default tracker for quick reference.
• Tap the information button on the respective table row to focus on the related tracker.
• Select the tracker row to review all incidents and notes associated with that specific tracker.
• Swipe left on rows to initiate deletion as necessary.
